How about an Edsel Villager wagon? **PICS** I finished this last week, I hope you enjoy the pics.
I've been eyeing the DM Bermuda wagon, and wondered how hard it would be to convert it to a Villager. It required a bit of body work since the front fender and door body line isn't formed in the Bermuda diecast body.photo no longer available
Beginning the body work:

Interior pieces painted and Edsel ready for assembly. The seat cushions are in the Bermuda pattern, too hard to modify to Villager pattern. The seat cushions and the lower door panels are a couple of shades lighter than the body, but I guess I didn't add enough white because it's hard to tell. I wanted more of a contrast. Oh well...

I still need to add the Villager script to the front fenders, but I haven't found a good image on the internet to copy.

Hi Chav. I use off the shelf Bondo body filler and a quick building polyester primer. Also do a lot of block sanding when using body filler. The paint is two stage PPG, with a water base color coat.
