"American Dream Cars, 60 years of the best" by Mitchel Frumkin and Phil Hall from Kruse Publishing. This book covers all the american companies and those long gone.
If there is a 1:1 sittin' somewhere, even in a museum, then they ARE real!!!
🙂
WE know you would not buy those cars but several of us just might be interested. Speak for yourself.
Thanks, isn't this publishing company the best, what good would it do to write a book if no one would publish it? I have several of their racing books about Hot Rods and the Salt Flats and Dry Lakes. I love the 49 to 63 era cars and times to live in. Thanks guys, I feel I'll be spending lots of quality time this winter on my couch reading with my Border Collies and Sheltie. They like to sleep next to me while I read.
Jerry...I think you know what I meant by "real".
The concept cars of the GM were not real cars. You never saw them on the streets and highways of America.

Now that definitely does not mean they were not real.
Because they are not drives on the street doesn't make them non-existant....
Look at all the specialty choppers that Orange County builds. Many of them are/will never be driven over 25 miles in their lifetime but they still exist and are real. You can touch them, albiet, with white cotton gloves....LOL
