I'm hoping that DM will finally get to producing the long awaited '52-'54 Fords!
My '48 Chevy is due to ship in April according to customer service. They wouldn't comment on any future releases.
I hope they still have the '53 hardtop on the way, too, its been over a year since I ordered one.

I had heard from DM that the 53 Ford was no longer in their production plans. :(.

I really like the '53 Ford Victoria's a lot..
I had one the same exact color as the one that DM was going to do in about 1980-85 and it only had 20,000 miles on it. I was planning to completely restore it and then someone came along and offered me some good dollars for it at a time when I needed the money (four kids, etc.) Interesting about the '53's is that it's the 50th Anniversity Ford, last of the flathead V8's, mine was automatic and I had a NOS, still in the box Coronado kit for it. The Coronado kit was more like a bump in the trunk rather than a Continental Kit and a factory add-on. It even had a special rubber trim in the kit. I thought they looked really sharp.
As long as they wait until after they do a 63 or 64 Pontiac Grand Prix.
I'm Sure the Tooling For the '53 Ford Is Among the "Captured Loot" In China...
Lo Mein odds we'll ever see production.
LOL, and don't forget my '57 Olds Ninety-Eight 2-dr. HT.

And my 59 Continental.
YES - 57 Olds in any model would be okay with me
