I'm looking to compare two models...
The Franklin Mint's Elvis Presley 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood in pink vs. the same model by Icons. Does anyone have both of these and how do they stack up against each other? I'd like to get this one and the Icons is reasonable at around $60 on eBay where the FM one goes for more. Thanks in advance.

I have the FM pink Elvis Caddy. Not a fav car of mine. It is one of two novelty diecasts
I have in my collection. The other is DM's '58 "Christine" Plymouth. I like the latter much better than the Elvis Caddy.

Ed, never heard of Icon, so I did a search.
There is an Icon Elvis pink Caddy on eBay:

Search eBay for FM's version. There are a few up for auction there, but not a lot of info in either auction to really do a comparison.
And it makes a reference to Elvis.com, where apparently they are available---but the site was down.
Iconmodels.com.au/ is the website for Icon in Australia, but they don't list a Caddy.
Couldn't find any info regarding quality or even if the doors open etc.
My personal quess is that the FM (which I have owned, and liked) is superior. Also, I think the guitar was a great touch.

LOL John...the guitar with the Elvis Caddy made it to "Toyish" to me. It's in the trunk.
