I never bought anything or use paypal... but it look very legal and stated
that the transaction will appeared on my bill as "PAYPAL NARAYAN888"
But I never use paypal... it didnt say what credit card or anything...
It also say... "dear PayPal Member" but not my name.
is this a scam?
thanks for any feed back.
I should add that there is a line that say... Reply-to: noreply@paypal.com
Pay Pal
If in doubt don't reply. I responded to what they call a phishing e mail and gave the scammers my credit card number. Fortunately for me I realized it was a scam and cancelled the credit card before any damage was done. If you go to the official pay-pal web site it will show you how to report what appears to me to be a scam.
Fwd the email to spoof@paypal.com
It's a scam, Andre. Don't reply. They will always address you by your registered name.
