I won a model here recently. WHY is it such a project to leave feedback?
for one I A) cannot even find the model I won and B) see no possible way to leave feedback! Great system LOL
Ok you have to KNOW the user name of the person you bought the model from
I remember it was alan Frank. When I searched for his name FOUR came up. I then had to go one by one as the first said you have NO transactions with this user or something like that. The third Alan Frank worked and I was able to leave feedback. This is NOT a good system and i am sure many people end up buying models and not leaving feedback as it's so buried and hidden AND you have to know and remember the user name of whom you bought the model from.
SIDE NOTE .... how can I see the item description AFTER the auction is over? Example to see if paper work WAS included, to see if the model was supposed to be MINT and it wasn't etc. Just curious as I cannot find the actual item I won listed anywhere. Just in the Archives it shows a 1975 Corvette one on March 22 for $55. that said MIB. No other particulars on the model.
agree, it is not intuitive ... so I usually wait until DZ sends me a reminder to leave a feedback, then I clink on the link and it brings me to the feedback page.
see also my reply above for how to find the auction details
There is a link in the "auction win" email you receive from the site
As long as you receive and save that email it's as easy as it gets
I didn't save it because I didn't know. I needed it any further but thanks!
Now I know
