If they're selling on eBay then the thief has been located. I assume you've already called the cops?
Call ebay too. They should shut down this seller if he is peddling stolen goods. Of course, proving that might be difficult.
I was thinking proving it would be difficult also, but
If he still has the paperwork might not be so difficult. The limited edition FM models have numbered models, boxes and COA's.
Very good point, Ryan.
Jeremy...there was a Pebble Beach Lincoln sold on ebay in Leander, Texas was that yours?

I sure hope they find this guy Jeremy. Even if you are unable to get the cars back, it would be nice to see the piece of crap that stole them be prosecuted. I have no tolerance for people who steal and break the law!

EOM
The seller currently has a Calloway D4C Corvette on Ebay but it looks like it has all of the paperwork. eBay item number:

Have you notified ebay? If you have a police report they may help you!

If you do you can also notify police they can get his information from ebay
Have you filed charges???

That makes the buyer an accessory as receivor of stolen goods. They have to return it to rightful owner. You read stories of real 1:1 being found and returned to the original owner by the police. I do hope you are working with the police. Grand Theft is anything over $150.00 and will earn one time in the grey bar hotel! Slime bags. Sorry for your loss.
