High profile detainee.....they had to go in "dark" on this one Jack.....It was the commissioner`s decision that Cap`n Aloysious O`Shaunessy would be less likely to stop the fire car for snacks en-route to the main bagging event.....sort of a reverse 10-73 workaround
The "Commish" would later validate his decision as the best possible, given that he was reduced to working with a skeleton crew.......it didn`t hurt that Aloysius` brother, Paddy was also part of the advisory team
