It never ends!!
Just when I thought I had some breathing room with bills, my computer goes out on me! I have a loaner, but not for long. I'm selling the rest of my 1/24 including a one of a kind, one off Impala hardtop. It would make a heck of an addition to any Chevy collection for a low down price.
Any help will be appreciated. Sheesh.
Patty, check out newegg.com
You must know someone who is a computer expert or has a young kid who is and can install hardware. You can buy the same components such as hard drives etc. that all PC makers use from newegg at very low prices. I recently bought a DVD player for $19.99. Before that, a 500 GB drive for about $120. You can probably get a new hard drive for as little as $30. or so. Try this before you buy a new PC or take your's to a shop. Good luck.
Patty, I'm no computer genius, but
I have built a computer or too and I live in the Tampa area. Do you know what has failed on your computer? Shoot me an email (diecastnut at tampabay.rr.com) with the symptom(s). I would be happy to see if it is something I could do. No charge of course.
