When these Flyers arrived in my mailbox, two cars were crossed off of my personal model car "Bucket List".  Though it is pretty much agreed that the replication of this classic by DANBURY MINT isn't one of their best efforts, we got the car none the less, and that is what matters.  The place in history of the Chrysler 300 Series is legendary!

1956 CHRYLSER 300B and 1956 CHRYSLER 300B from Danbury Mint

DM 56 CHRYLSER 300 BLACK #1
DM 56 CHRYSLER 300 BLACK #3
DM 56 CHRYSLER 300 BLACK #2
DM 56 CHRYSLER 300 RED #2
DM 556 CHRYSLER 300 RED #1

This historic Chrysler was only produced in 1956 in three colors, Black, Red, and White.  The latter was not produced by Danbury in 1:24 scale.  It would have been most welcome of course.

@al_dorado, I agree totally with you about the taillights on the Chrysler.  I always wondered why with Danbury having done such an excellent job with their '56 DeSoto's, the molds for the rear fins and taillight housing couldn't have possibly been shared.  But hey, I know nothing of what goes in to replicating these little classics, so I'm just happy to have the '56 Chryslers'
