This 1941 Licoln Continental Cabriolet always brings back memories of the Pearl Harbor attack. In one of the movies, a young couple are cruising an Oahu shore road and suddenly find themselves strafed by a Japanese warplane.

This is the second iteration of TFM's venerable model which offers a really pretty light blue finish as well as a few upgrades.

Rich, beautiful shots of the iteration.  Can you give some insights as to what mods might have been made over the original.  I have the original, but never got this one.  Please let us know.

Thanks,

@carsman1958 Scripts on the body, hub caps and steering wheel center come to mind.

Thanks Rich,

A classic design beauty, - high on my all time 'design greats' hit parade.  An early FM somewhat lacking the finess and detail of their later models.

I had hoped someone, (ie.Danbury) might have done a more faithful example.

I had this one but gave it to a friend. I really like the color of this classic.  Wasn't there a version of this model done for The Ford Motor Company?

That's a very pretty model. I have the White one that was produced later.

A beautiful model despite its lack of the finer details of later releases. I have all five colors of this one in my collection. The Darian Blue is very nice and is my second favorite of the five. The Pewter Gray is my favorite.

Thanks for the wonderful pictures and comments Rich. I have this model along with the original maroon and also the white one. I never paid attention to the detail upgrades that were made until you pointed them out.
