Made a poor man's custom. Just bolt on stuff. Lake pipes, dummy spotlights, chrome air cleaner.
Lowered car. Already had spinner caps.

There were so many mild customs utilizing these features done back in the day; usually along with a custom paint job. Like you say....a poor man's custom car.
