It took looking through the lost reviews to kickstart my brain. Growing up in the 50’s, I’ve always had an affinity for the 30’s and early 40’s Fords. To me it was just magical styling. In the years I’ve been collecting, I’ve collected the hot rod versions, but for no apparent reason, ever went with the stockers. Went on a binge and acquired a pretty nice grouping.

It sure is a wonderful Ford grouping ! I recall  seeing a "stainless-steel" Ford from about 1936, as well as a "soybean-based plastic" bodied Ford from that era, too.

wow great additions Kevin, well done. I actually have all of these except Danburys 'last', the 1935 Ford Coupe. A real treasure.

An excellent display with each model a beauty in its own right.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments. A little backstory on the ‘35 Coupe, I really love this model, not just because of it’s significance as the “Last Danbury”, I just thought it was a gorgeous model of a gorgeous automobile. Unfortunately it was alway’s priced in the four to five hundreds on EBay, and I just couldn’t pull the trigger. While I was hunting up these models I noticed this one mint in the box priced at $300 or offer. I figured, why not offer $250, which was the original Danbury price. He accepted my offer which I thought was very reasonable for a 1/2500.
