the loser has to bundle up under the blanket and be exiled to the two passenger rumble seat in this 1932 Chevrolet 21BA Confederate Cabriolet bodied by Fisher. This DeLuxe model has chrome plated opening hood vents that replaced the louvers. This was one of 14 different body styles that were offered in that year keeping Chevrolet's sales lead over Ford even with Ford's introduction of their V8 engine. Chevy continued to use their "stove bolt" inline 6 but now upgraded with higher compression and a downdraft carburetor producing 60 hp that was linked to a 3-speed syncro-mesh transmission. They also introduced "Wizard Control" which allowed the car to coast when one's foot was taken off the accelerator pedal.
Beautiful exterior on this model. The interior: I love the keys and fob in the ignition but the huge dog leg door hinges are a definite distraction.

"On a cold and dreary day" was written by Woodstock as an adjunct to Snoopy`s "On a dark and stormy night"
regardless of spotty accreditation, you`ve penned a fine cautionary scenario .......don`t hurt none that the photos are top shelf 😀Â

I've already been contacted by Woodstock's law firm. We left it as "I'll see you in court".

The 1932 Confederate series Chevrolets are beautiful looking much like baby Cadillacs IMO.
