That's a lot of oregano for one moose. (I'd, personally, add some rosemary, a touch of smoked cumin and a little Mediterranean Sea Salt)

@perrone1 ................. Smoked Cumin !!!!......that`s just the sorta thing I need to keep all my mooses from straying :-)......I use cumin seeds extensively but I never have tried the smoked version
