IMHO The Dumbing Down of a great car
Dechromed it, crappy shift knob, fuzzy dice, replacement gauges, pinstriping on the trunk. These was a terrific image to begin with 1952 - 1954, but this is sinful
Nice mild custom.
I agree....it takes talent and hard work to do this - but im just not there
I'm with Charlie and Ron. Nice car, but not after it's been on the operating table.

Awe, come on Charlie, say what you really think......LOLOL....And, remember, "DON"T SHOT THE MESSENGER"......

Not a total bummer. For me.....
the major infraction is the easiest to correct by swapping out the thin WWs for period correct WWs. Of course I would have preferred it stock.

Mercurys were always popular with customizers. I like 'em stock and customized. Nice car.
Yeah, put it in my driveway!
I'm not crarzy about the wheels but otherwise I like it.
Couple things I don't like but I'd still take it if given to me!
Who wouldn't??? .... OH, WAIT.......
Maybe George..... ๐
I've never seen a custom of a '52-'54 Mercury that looked more beautiful than the real thing.
Agreed, but the customs are usually pretty nice too.
PICS - Stock is beautiful no matter what the model......
