Other than the display space, if you display your models

How about it Marty, what do you see? With six maybe an Airport Livery (Stage)??? Yeah That's about it! LOL
Hehe! Not this one! BTW, the cutting on the Mustang is about 1/2 done.
Other than size for displaying and decals for emblems, compared to photo etched I have a couple.

LOLOL good one Dave!
I've got eight 1.18 models. I said I'd never go to 1.18, and did for these. They are just okay compared to their 1.24 counterparts, but that's just my opinion. The primary problem is that due to their larger size, displaying them is virtually impossible...at least with what space I have available.
And since I'm not one to buy a car and just leave it in the box, as I know some collectors do, the chances of my purchasing additional 1.18 is likely not going to happen. I still struggle with the prices of the 1.18's. I think over a hundred for them is overboard. I don't personally see the quality that I've come to expect from 1.24's.
The 60 Plymouth by the way that Marlowe posted the pic of is a nice car. If it were 1.24, it would be on my shelf.

I now own seven 1:18's with another eight on pre-order.
I only have so much room left so I am going to fill that area with the best I can afford in 1:18. including 4 of the Minichamps Beautiful Motorama Concept Cars. I can hardly wait for them.
Jim, The MC Cadillac La Salle is something else I ordered the Futura, Centurion, Le Sabre, WildcatII and the Cadillac. I might consider the Cadillac Le Mans? are they going to do the Cadillac with all the fins? Cyclone XP74 well yes I will do that one also. I probably would buy all of the concepts too bad they are not all the same scale. I have the Centurion 1/43rd, Le Saber 1/24th, Nomad 1/24th, Corvette Corvair 1/64th, Dual Ghia 1/43rd, Cadillac El Dorado Brougham 1/24 BLK, Maroon, Blue, 1/43rd White,Silver 1/18th Black, Red, White, Gold, Silver. 1/64th Blk, Purple. I would like a Packard Predicta if someone wants to sell theirs?
