The 1956 Plymouth was a great-looking "Forward Look" automobile and some terrific replicas have been done by various manufacturers in different scales. As a small kid, I had a 1/25 promo of this beauty.

I presently have two, or I mean, one and a half diecast replicas of this one. It actually is a Signature Model in about 1/32 scale.

My two tone green model is fine and looks great. My red/black two-tone coupe has sadly suffered badly from intergranular corrosion. Some pictures and phone-camera snaps illustrate the good and not-so-good.

Sad about the red/black model. Both colors look great. I REALLY like the green/black version.🤑

Too bad it was not made in 1/24.  DM and FM missed out on a winner.

great settings there Mike, and nice 1/32 model. I wonder if a 1/25 kit was produced. Other knowledgeable posters have mentioned kits were produced from promos.

Too bad about the red one. I like both combinations but that green/black combination is terrific.

Here are several body styles of the '56 Plymouth that I would love to see done in 1/43 by GLM/Stamp.  Great color choices offered in '56.

@gdh This Plymouth Suburban 2-dr. wagon is very nice too; I like the colors but not the skirts.

@jack-dodds  I can live with the skirts.  My father never spent money on extras, not even for a radio, and we never had skirts on his cars, so I have a fondness for them, with some rides.
