When I was small, I got and assembled this styrene plastic model of the Alpha Romeo sports car. I was too small and un-confident to paint it but it looks good in tan and I was delighted with it. Here are some quick phone-camera snaps of it. (by the way, I as a kid, I probably figured actor Caesar Romero likely drove this car !)
I wouldn't change a thing. It shows well as one of your earliest loves for automobiles and the effort you took just to build it. It looks to be put together quite well. 💯😎
Thanks ! It certainly is a survivor but I have just a few left of the 1/25 (and other) promo cars I used to have when I was a kid.
yep what Geno says. What a great keepsake. Wish I'd kept the models I made in my early teens.I wouldn't change a thing. It shows well as one of your earliest loves for automobiles and the effort you took just to build it. It looks to be put together quite well. 💯😎

+2 to Geno and Geoff!!
You're welcome Mike. Like an idiot, I traded mine off for R/C stuff. I still regret it. 😟
You continue to amaze me with your ability to preserve, maintain and retain your childhood models Mike.
Lol, thanks. That could also be just pack-rat mentality ....or a logical explanation of why my college degrees are each in studies of the past, aka history, lol !
