Yep, they're glued on pretty tight. I've wrecked a few myself. A sharp X-acto blade is required.

Great job on the T Bird Pete. How do you replicate the decals for replacement ?

I exercise my right to disagree. The skirts were an option on the 61-63 T-Birds, not standard equipment.
