Pics. My modest Cadillac contribution to all these beautiful posts.
Apart of a cascade of 1/25th Johan Cadillac models in my collection, here is the only 1/24th Cadillac I have left. (Sorry if I have already post it in the past)
This is the amazing, yes, amazing 59 Eldorado Seville by IXO-Altaya Press edition. It was released last year, mainly in France. Indeed it's not highly detailed with many parts, chromes are for the most part silver painted by pad-printing but it's by far the most accurate 1959 Cadillac in that scale. Don't get me wrong, Danbury's 59s are nice, but not as faithful in proportions to the 1/1 Caddy than this one.
For 25 to 45 euros/dollars...it's an "amazing" must have, in my opinion. 😉

That looks to be very well done.
Looking at that beautiful front grill and headlights I'd have thought it was a 1:1.
So is this model available for purchase? And from who?

Hi, only from
Ebay France and only from time to time.
This beauty was sold with a pamphlet in a very limited series so it's scarce now. Most of the sales I have seen are free of this pamphlet.
This one is available now for worldwide shipping and in perfect condition.
Attention, there is another one for sale too but with top of left fin's chromed piece broken...
Jean that’s beautiful plus I’ve seen the “magic” that you’ve done with some 1:25th models
Thank you so much Phil !
You mean here or on modelcarsmag ?
I share on both forums.
I humbly try to do the best I can 😉
Working on many new conversions and kits right now... takes so much time.
VERY nice. The FM 1:24 version got the curvature of the rear side windows wrong, imo.
