PICS- New 1/24 model. Have you seen this one?
I have one ordered to see what it's like then I'll decide on a second one for a repaint, full detail and whitewalls. I'll leave this one as is. Finally a '58 Caddy in 1/24... my favorite 50's Caddy. Can you tell I'm excited over this one lol?

I've seen photos of it, considering it. I am curious if it is actually 1:24 and the overall quality.
Let us know when yours arrives.

It's supposed to arrive Saturday, I'll keep ya posted.
I saw this while browsig on ebay a few days ago. I've been aching for a '58 Caddy too; but...
... I'll be waiting for another version / repaint of this tooling.
I understand that this is suppose to be a 'top up' convertible. But, the top (besides the stripes) and the front part of the rear quarter (behind the door) body lines don't look quite right to me.
In any case, I'll be watching for a repaint of this tooling. I can live without 'Freddy'. LOL!
BTW... the JADAs that I've gotten to date are pretty close to 1:24. That doesn't necessarily mean this will be though.
A '58 Cadillac .... pretty cool !
I Wonder
How Robert Egeland(Freddy Krueger)is doing these days. But;, more importantly, I love this Cadillac as my Grandma had one, albeit a Sixty Special. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I can't wait to see Gene work his magic on this one and see what he comes up with. GO GENE/
I'll leave this one as is since I collect movie cars, I will however do a complete redo of the 2nd one. I'm not crazy about the up top shape so it'll go. I will put a boot on it or try and find a more correct up top. Anybody have a scrap '58 Bonneville or Impala boot or up top...hint, hint lol?
