The sheriff is in the next cell over but one. The raccoons, to date, have not made it this far. There are several Havahart cages (Size Large) scattered about the premises armed with freshly opened cans of Albacore White Chunk Tuna. About once each week we transfer the masked ones into a large hold in a raccoon scow and tow them, by kayak to "Raccoon Island". It is on Lake Chilhowee, between Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Cherokee National Forest.

another captivating photo .......................be aware that you should orient the scow in a contrary direction during the the entirety of the (masked) loading process and take measures NOT to discuss your destination enroute as the devious rodents WILL be listening
I have so enjoyed these tales of peril among our capricious rodent underlords ๐ .....thanks for your help Steve,Tony.......to keep the dream re-generation alive,LIDL`s take on one of the possibly rabid rascals who jumped ship from the previously editorialized scowl
Yep, ya can't beat it when you see all the trash out there now. The cast was the best. Danny Kaye was a fantastic entertainer ! And so was everyone else. We'll never see entertainers as intelligent and interesting as these cast members.ย BTW, anyone here ever seen 'The Bishops Wife' with Cary Grant, David Niven and Loretta Young ?ย
A true Christmas classic IMHO.ย

I began watching "Bishop`s Wife" about 45 mins ago Steve.......it is,so far,well worth your recommendation.....thank you !!!!
You're welcome !ย I'm glad to hear that someone else is liking this movieย
I know that when I introduced it to my family they had never heard of it either and now it's like we have to watch it every year.
We also like to watch the 'Bells of St Mary's' with Bing Crosby and Ingrid Bergman.
They just don't make movies like this anymore these are some of the greatest movies I've ever seen.
They get you emotionally involved where as today it's only about the almighty dollar and let's see the box office receipts.
it`s a wee bit early in the old west......but if you put yourself in the mood for a brilliant rom-com later, you could do much worse for yourself that this unlikely Alfred Hitchcock production "Trouble with Harry"
Thnx 4 the heads up... I just looked at some of the previews and that's something I'm going to have to get into tomorrow when I'm fully awake and not in the throes of a favorite beverage..ย
