I am aware that the FM 1957 Bonneville was issued with 2 types of door hinges. Which was issued first, the dog leg hinge or the other type? Thanks.

Hi Chav. The internal door hinges were offered first. If I recall correctly, this was FM's first model with these hinges. They had a problem keeping the door closed, so FM reverted back to the dogleg hinges in later issues.
