What exceptional skills! Photos look fantastic. And what a perfect place for the Fourth - lakeside luxuriance! Oh yeah; some grilled scallops, jumbo shrimp (what an oxymoron) and maybe some Maine lobster tails in melted garlic butter!

We`re not having the type of delectables that require drawn butter......budget constraints on this holiday weekend have limited us to one very unwilling center-of-plate candidate......and it`s really touch and go as to whether he`ll even submit to being prepared
