@geoff-jowett Geoff, my opinion of the Olds is that the front clip is out of proportion in that it is too low when compared with the 1/1. IMO a rare mistake by DM.....otherwise, the details are outstanding

thanks Bob, your encyclopedic car knowledge is amazing! Really appreciated by me and I'm sure all of us here.

 

Bob's comments about the Oldsmobile front clip etc., were things he, myself, and so many others used to cover in our "reviews" of the mint cars on the old Forum.  Another reason I miss all those that were lost.  But the flaws aside that Bob mentioned, doesn't detract overall from the beauty and quality of that DM Oldsmobile.
