LOVE the pics of the wet truck!

Here, in the Smokies, soup season is all year. (Texas/Tennessee chili - no beans; even longer! Nonoise )

But bear season, in Zone 2, with hunting dogs, is from 11/29/2021 to 12/23/2021. And although not technically a soup; bear stew, properly prepared, is DEElightful!!
