Talent scout Fred Fox watches Tim Pickens and The Trolls audition in hopes of getting signed to a major blue grass label. Fred is very impressed with Tim's picking and singing but knows he will have to give him the ultimatum of going solo to make the big time in blue grass. The trolls will have to go; one uses all the Mick Jagger stage moves and, like Mick, sings in an odd way to hide the fact that he can barely carry a tune. The other one is dumb as two short planks; mistakes a camping lantern for a microphone.

A topical tune - though I admit to having a weakness for St Christopher auto iconography 
And I agree with David in that today's post has an air of contentment about it: perhaps it's the Buick woody wagon rather than the iridescent virgin?

thank you Jackson.....once again you have perpetuated those mythical rumors swirling about our friends,the magical elves....you know,it`s not like they don`t have other work

You think the whip & lash will prevent balding? I have a receding hairline issue myself, but I would prefer to be happy and bald.

@john-barry This is more like contentment... fishing by the riverbank to the tune of BBC's "Sailing By". (The highlight of visiting U.K. - Radio 4 just before the shipping forecast around 12:OO Midnight / 1:00 A.M.
