isn`t Graeme most generally "hopping mad" as a rule?

@john-barry His picking off Christmas carolers from his porch is a tad eccentric I do admit, but Graeme's new human avoidance subterranean dungeon seems rational and well thought out as a means of conflict resolution...in spite of having no GMT building permit.
