.....................Laura looks on as her beloved Woody prepares to make it`s seasonal journey to spring/summer in the north.....the kids will all be asleep as soon as the rhythmic bumptiousness of the commuter rail begins to work it`s charm.....Maggie takes her favorite vantage point as she looks forward to her barn-cat routine in the cavernous structure on their Vermont estate.....it`s good to be among the idle rich

What a great car to be hauling north and on a fantastic piece of machinery - that DM classic car hauler (1938 GMC Car Carrier) issued 2010, is rarely seen. Not so the same for Living-Large-Laura - So I'm told!

@perrone1............... I was rocked awake by sharp, one noted thunder sometime around 2:30 / 3:00 am.......but wet, soggy days are my favorites.

...............getting ready to settle back with a hot bowl of soup and a re-watching of "Pillow to Post" (1945)

.....Ida Lupino,Sydney Greenstreet..............A traveling saleswoman convinces an army lieutenant to pose as her husband so that she can rent an apartment during the World War II housing shortage.

COOL. On my honor; Iwe just finished bowls of soup too. The Shirlmeister had my famous Campbell's Homestyle Chicken Noodle with additional chicken from yesterday. I mowed the yard and Bar-B-Qued chicken tenders. I had Campbell's Tomato Bisque. We watched Lone Ranger.

But, and I swear to you, Sidney Greenstreet in Bogart's Maltese Falcon. Tonight is Big Sleep!!

Yep. Sydney & Lorre were in 9 films together!. I think I have about 7 of them. Almost as many as Basil Rathbone & Nigel Bruce!
