Channel 17`s crack investigative team reported a breakthrough in the "Birthday Woody" Bunko scheme......yet another yellow woody was discovered, making two such cars in as many days......this one was located adjacent to Pa`s cow field, out on the lower 25

Hello Wayne....and welcome......if your question is not specific to a particular scale of die cast vehicle, you may wish to post it in "The Lounge".....

I have 1/24 scale cars, and I'm creating/documenting my collection. When I search this site, which is awesome by the way, and I find a car I have, sometimes there is only one smaller picture of the vehicle, and because some similar versions were available, it leaves me guessing on some of them. Would the site want additional pictures if I have some of those cars that only have the one picture?

I've purchased all of my diecast on eBay over the last several years, and that's one I've never seen!

I was very lucky a few times, I bought one lot from a couple in NY who's uncle had died, and they ended up with his collection. They were moving to a new home and they had no interest in bringing them with them. They said there were 100 plus cars. I bought all of them for $1,200. I got home and unpacked them. That was like a 2-3 day Christmas morning event for me. It turns out that there were over 170 cars. About 125 in boxes, the rest were very well wrapped up in totes. They were all 1/24 Danbury Mint and Franklin Mint. Then that same thing happened to me a second time, believe it or not, from a woman who's husband died. He had 100 + cars and trucks and tractor trailers. I bought those for $1,200 too. There ended up being around 130 vehicles. Again all mostly 1/24 DM and FM. So I have a lot to go through and catalog.

Dang Wayne... you hit the motherlode TWICE! I've only got a little over 100 in this collection (I sold my last collection when I moved). Long story, but I started cataloging mine for insurance purposes, and ended up crashing my Mac trying to install an old Windows model catalog program, and... well, I'm leaving them to my little brother. He ain't into models but I've let him know the approx value so he can sell them one at at time, or the whole collection. In the 1:24 scale, I've only bought Danbury Mint, Franklin Mint, and West Coast Precision Die cast.

We'll look forward to your posts and seeing your awesome collection!

Maybe you can answer my question from before? When I look them up my cars on here, sometimes there is only one smaller picture of the vehicle. So, if I have that vehicle, would this site want additional pictures if I have some of those cars that only have the one picture?
