Maybe you can answer my question from before? When I look them up my cars on here, sometimes there is only one smaller picture of the vehicle. So, if I have that vehicle, would this site want additional pictures if I have some of those cars that only have the one picture?
Hi Wayne, I don't think there's any required number of pics. I've seen several posts with only one photo of a model. I've found that photos that are 2500 to 3500 px wide seem to display best, but I think it may vary between browsers.
I actually meant the pictures in the "Car List and Review" section. When you go there to look up a car, sometimes there are several detailed pictures, which is great, because sometimes things are missing on my cars and it's great to see the complete pictures. Then in there, I can look up a car, and there is only one picture. I think I need to ask the moderator if they are interested in having more pictures. I'm sure they have to approve them as well.

Ah, ok. I rarely go to the list and reviews. Tony can help you with that.
OK, just unpacked this one. I can't believe how dirty it is. And it was in the styrofoam and in the box. I don't even want to think about how dirty that house was.
Hello Wayne and welcome. Just a suggestion re the dirty Chrysler. Trying to spot clean a model that dirty would be very hard and time consuming. I'd just wash it in a sink of warm water with a small amount of mild dish-washing detergent. Carefully swish it around a few times and see how you go.

I've used that technique a few times, but not on a model that dusty. I bought a set of make up brushes for light dusting that work well.
Funny you say that. My wife just this morning took out all her cosmetic brushes and they were sitting in the counter. I asked what she was doing with them, and she said she never used most of them and was going to keep just a few. I asked if I could have them.... there was a pause... and then I got a strange look...haha
@wayne Just leave it to dry by itself Wayne, sometimes outside in the sun if its not too hot. Doesn't take long. There will usually be a little bit of polishing to do, thats all.
As mentioned it is really only for a heavily dusted car. I do have the GMP Meguiars cleaning kit as well.

Wayne, I don't think there is an easy answer to your question. We are happy the forum works, but the model database is being reconstructed and to my understanding it is not currently being updated. Few members here had an access to editing the database before, it was not an open source thing. Best you can do is posting your pictures here for our enjoyment.

It is a nice barn find anyway, why bother cleaning it... just kidding. This is a tough job. I've seen dirty cars like this if they were displayed open in garages. I have never washed a model but I heard other people recommending it. I use alcohol wipes from Costco, the ones for cleaning glasses; but it's tricky because you can easily "wipe out" small parts.
