Trade in this 1910 Cadillac series 30 roadster for the 1912 model and you get an electric starter as well as a larger engine. I was trying to describe Franklin Mint's model of this cute little roadster with its flip up articulated rumble seat and the word "Jaunty" came to mind... and I can't remember the last time I even thought of that word! This first year series 30 had the same 4 cylinder engine as the prior Model G but was bored out to 255.4 cid to produce 33 HP. This little occasional 3 seater offers some really plush upholstery even on the jump seat. It looks like a really fun car to tool around in... as long you're under 55 mph.

Very cool Rich, back then I imagine they felt like 55 mph was flying.😊

@geno 55 mph in that thing would be crazy fun as long as I was driving and not sitting in that jump seat with absolutely nothing to hang on too and that seat cushion looks way to bouncy.

God knows who or what you would hang on to sitting in the rumble seat! One way to get rid of a troublesome mother in law!

Have all of FMs wonderful brass era models, real favorites. Thanks for this great series Rich
