@chav thanks Chav. Interestingly the only way I can view that model is via your link. I've often wondered if there are restrictions or ebay "guidance" on searchs from here in Australia and possibly other countries. I'll continue to have a play around. As of now I cannot find the 1:24s for sale that you mention. The only model that appears on the U.S. ebay site is a late model Ferrari from replicarz. 6 items come up under the international sellers heading, all 6 are 1/18.
The limitations on the search are often imposed by the sellers who specify the countries they would ship to. Based on my experience "worldwide" search includes some of the extra items but not all of them. If an item was not intended to be shipped to your country, you won't see a shipping quote even if you are able to view it.
I am hearing from many 1:18 collectors that the 1:18 Tecnomodel models (all made in China) frequently have inaccuracies and they are not well respected. 1:24 were all made in Italy, and they had developed only 3 models ... I believe a forth one was on the way (perhaps Ferrari Modena) but I have never seen a finished model, I do have a resin shell for it (have to check on the exact model).
excellent, appreciate the info, thanks Chav
Just For You Tuesday! Today we have a Dongfeng Junfeng (Just For) CV03 Micro Van to share. According to Dongfeng, this little beast is available in the African, Asian, Eastern European, Middle Eastern, and South American markets. The base model starts at $6,700 and the fully loaded version tops out at $8,200. This gem depicts the base model and it is feature rich, including functional front, side and rear doors, steerable front wheels, etc. The rear hatch wiper and backup mirror are not missing - just not available on base models.
Nice one.
I actually like the custom Ford Pick-up. Looks great!

Nose Cone Monday! Here we have a Maserati 450S Costin Zagato 1957 Le Mans race car based on a Profil24 kit. This little gem was built by Laurent Tay’s Garage43 ( https://www.garage43.com/). As the name indicates, Garage43 primarily focuses on the 1/43rd scale. Having said that, Garage43 can be commissioned to build other scales, the sky is the limit. The quality of Laurent’s work is supreme and consistent. To the legendary collector who passed this beauty to me, thank you!
