what is that device at 9 o`clock in the first photo and again at 12 in the second photo?......and finally,is that a lovely bone broth or are you quenching hot bits??

Tools...
... that's a "Wonder cutter" from Micro Mark. All through the years, I had to scribe out doors, trunk lids etc. with exact blades or scribing tools and mixed results. The wonder cutter uses a small blade that oscillates at high speed to melt through the plastic. Speeds things up considerably but takes a little practice because it's easy to get outside the lines.
That little bowl is for water to clean acrylics and water-based weathering from brushes. Also for the water slide decals I make.

LOL. My junkyard pieces are all leftovers or accidents. 🙂
