JB, you've created a rusty masterpiece! How long did this project take to complete?
Great work JB. I marvel at the patience and talent of the various Forumites who have displayed their beautiful projects in recent years.
That's alot of work there. Any chance Heathcliff came down from the moors to help out ?

Thank you Pete.....the majority of what you see above took about 2 months and was built over November and December 2014......it was (is) my first adult built model and it was learn-as-you-go for brush techniques, paint, brushes etc.......as I learned of new effects (such as the Humbrol Grey Tire paint) I would employ them on the built pieces.......when I last worked on the Ol` KW 123, I was tinkering around with a bit of fiber optics.....this would have been around the end of February,2015....somewhere, in a clear plastic storage box, on a high shelf ,parts `n` pieces for my unfinished work await my return

There were a sort of cabal of elves early on......but all they did was cobble shoes all night and drop those little hobnails on the carpet.....eventually I had no recourse but to set the dogs on `em
