Extremely rare and hard to find resin diorama building by West Coast Precision Diecast. This building is 1:24 scale, and goes great with West Coast Precision Diecast cars. Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint cars and trucks as well!
To the best of my knowledge all pieces are present, and I do not see any defects or damage.
These were produced in a very limited run of 200 pieces back in 2007. They very hard to find in any condition, much less excellent condition like this one.
The lights have been tested and work fine - see photos. Requires 2 AAA batteries, not included.
Set includes:
Building
Man figure
Woman figure
BIJOU sign
Canopy
2 Sidewalk extensions
Black display mat
Original box and styrofoam cradle

This is very cool indeed! I never knew WCPD made such items.
When these came out I thought hard and long about buying them but I just didn't have the room. Great pictures of a very hard to find item today.
WOW! Very cool. Thanks for sharing!

I have the theater and cafe on a bookcase, just a fun way to change up the diecast displays. My 11 year old grandson assisted on this one.

What a great little setup David. And nice to involve your grandson, planting the seed as a model car enthusiast we hope!
