I had to have my Sheltie, Jodi, put to sleep due to cancer.

He was the most intelligent dog I've ever owned. He took hand signals and could figure out things on his own.

He was about ten years old when ge got the cancer and even though it's been over ten years since he left us it still hurts to mention him.

He had a pretty good blood line..his great grandfather was "Peter Pumpkin" which was the winningest show Sheltie at that time.

Shelties are beautiful dogs, very bright, and will defend children with their lives.
