Once you insert the link hit the underline button in the editor (or select the link and press Ctrl+U). Good eye JB!

how do you create this comprehensive link in the first place???........

There are 2 ways: lazy and "the right" way. I did it the lazy way, just copied the link here and this site generated the "account|Flickr" text.

The right way is by clicking the button "insert/edit link" in the editor, then you fill in the form, and finally underline the text to fix the bug of this site. 

There is actually a third way, you can click "Source code" and edit the HTML there.

Thanks Geoff, I haven't posted pictures for at least a year since it is (was) easier to store pictures on this site and I abandoned the JSS site sometime ago.

Also, if you click "following", there are several accounts that I like to visit Flickr: Contacts

@john-barry JB, what is your flickr ID, I can probably figure it out but will take me some time...

welllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.......I`ve gotten it to appear as a large fkng alligator.....but I wanted the coolguy text style link like you posted

Go to your home flickr page and copy the URL, then paste it here (no need to edit anything, just paste the URL) ... then underline

I followed your instructions Doc........got the Airstream again ......it WORKS mind you,it just doesn`t appear particularly LINKY

you`ve gone out of your way to help Chav......maybe we need to write this off as "too obtuse to learn new tricks"

anyone who has a need for more pictureage......just knock on the screen door.....take your shoes off.....and look around
