in this 1936 Delahaye 135 roadster. Driving the winding roads of the French countryside must have been a blast. This little guy just screams, "Figoni et Falaschi" with its teardrop French curves. Sporting between 98 and 110 HP, it was undoubtably a peppy little speedster. The red and white scheme makes you want to put Santa Claus behind the wheel.

I saw the car in 2000 at Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. It won the Best of Show.

@perrone1 Tony - I had a note on my spreadsheet that the Spark cream color may be incorrect. Since you saw the real one, what do you think?

Harv, in person, the white on the 1:1 car is bright. The model does not loo as bright compared to the white walls - which, by the way, the real car did not have. 

The owner, Mr. H., brought the car in a little later than most and he quickly cleaned the tires and struggled a little to put the top up. I offered to help but he declined, thank God! HA!
