I was going to post a reply to Mike's post on his '50 Chevy panel - https://diecast.org/community/postid/131946/ - but I did not want my photos compared to his! 🙄 😕 @mikedetorrice
In any case, here is the very similar '51 GMC (change in grill looks to be the only difference) from ERTL. We were always at Kroger when we lived in Indy so I picked this up there many years ago. And it's a Limited Edition (whatever that means)!

It means it has the phrase "Limited Edition" stamped on the door! LoL! 😀 😀
...and yes, don't ever go "toe to toe" with Mike's photos; in fact, I think that's written into the Diecast Forum's charter/bylaws. 😏 😏
The 1954 version of this panel van made for an interesting conversion into a canopy express mobile produce and fruit truck.

Lol ! This is an excellent Ertl panel, van and it is a fine addition to the two-tone blue one. This one has an actual "Kroger" grocery store logo on it's sides and is not just a generic one. The colors are wonderful and it fits it's '51 GMC panel van delivery service perfectly !.

@ed-davis ...knowing John, he probably fashioned them from old model parts. Looks closely, I think that women in the dress was once an exhaust pipe! 😏 😏

No, actually they are Preiser plastic ones or Omen white metal ones. Preiser have to be painted but Omen come bare or painted. I have since changed the type of base plates from painted washers to postage stamp sized clear plastic like food containers come in.
