For 1960 Chevrolet toned down just a bit the styling from ‘59 yet as Tom McCahill observed, you could still land a Piper Cub on the rear deck. Beautiful car nicely replicated by Brooklin in either Sateen Silver or Tasco Turquoise with white tops.

Those are both really great models. I added the blue not too long ago. I also have the red anniversary edition. The silver is my favorite of the three.

A nice Brooklin. I like the styling of the 60 over the 59 but like both very much.
I've always favored the '59. My Dad bought a brand new 2Dr hrdtp Impala w/blue interior. I so wish I had that car right this minute 💝
My uncle had the 1960 coupe. Looked great in white --- yet hoo, boy, did it get hot under that bubble!
Thanks, David. Your fine pictures bring back memories of my '60 Chevy, even though mine was a plain-jane 4 door sedan of a lower series. It was the last family car we had without power steering. A good, dependable car that gave us lots of miles with no problems, and now I'm starting to sound like one of the old Chevy ads. David H
David, I actually like those plain-jane 4 door sedans as they represent a major portion of all cars on the road. Not everybody drove the top of the line series so often the subject of model makers.
