There is a similar issue with the 1949 convertible but its worse because the front end is also too short on the latter.

I hadnt even noticed the droop --but of course now that's all I see.  However, enough of the proportions and details work for me that I like the model enough to order one.  Besides, that Sixty Special is my favorite body style of the era, and when will there be another model of it?

That droop will be very pronounced when it is next to other models in your display.

Been there, done that.

Thats why I won't order it.
