So this one is an RS, not a Z28. I may try to get a Highway 61 version of that.

To my knowledge, and I ordered a new '69 Z/28 in '68, the RS and SS versions did not have those racing stripes. I'm pretty sure that they were limited to the Z/28, although you certainly see a lot of non-Zs with them at car shows and everywhere else now. The SS had it's own stripes on the front fenders, sweeping back to the doors.
The hood pins weren't factory either. It's interesting how model-makers take a lot of liberties with these cars. Sure do like the colors on this one, though. Some of the most attractive Z/28s were dark green with white or black stripes.

Looks good. Not one I've seen before. I have very few 1/43 Camaro models in my collection.
