I bought this kit last December with trepidation, because I was not familiar with Motor-Pro's products. Obviously I don't collect racing cars; that seems to be their major concentration. This one has the tags and seal of north-eastern England's Northumbria, and I received confirmation of that from an internet fellow collector. First, a quick shot of that countryside:
That's Hadrian's Wall, an historic feature of the region
. I started to superimpose the Sierra there, but it just doesn't fit. So here's the process:

I would like to add that Motor-Pro's inner glass structure (clear plastic) fits very well, literally snapped into place; and their decals are, I think, the smoothest fitting I have ever worked with. It's a good kit, and I enjoyed building it. However, several other companies have offered completed versions of this Sierra, including Vanguard, Schabak, Trofeu, and Ixo. I have even seen pictures of a police version from Corgi. Enjoy! David H
Very nice model David. I'm not familiar with the company that made this casting. I think that I remember seeing police cars like this in the 1990s while in Northumbria. Love that image on Hadrian's Wall.
