Great, informative clip John; much appreciated. The side by side comparisons work well IMO.
Thanks John, I really appreciated your comparison. Having had the GLM version for a number of years, I've often wondered how these two models compared. You've answered that question for me.

John, this is an awesome video about a car I'd have to own if I had Gates, Buffett, or Musk money!
Those half-million-dollar Duesenberg II's with 351 V8s are close, but..... 🙄 🙄 🙄 I've been fortunate enough to see this very car (I touched it! 😮 😮) at the Nethercutt Museum in CA. Words like stunning, breath-taking, & showstopper say it all.
Here's 3 crude front end pics. There's no question that B&G's detail execution is superior yet, to my eye, it looks a bit narrow. Thanks for the effort on this one John; I really enjoyed it. 😎
A fine video comparison of each of these beautiful Duesenburg automobiles and 1/43 replicas. Each are quite worth their cost and do a good job of representing the actual car with understandable differences in the reproductions of this vehicle. One could be happy given one's own collecting tendencies with either model.
If I would had to choose one for my collection, the GLM would be the winner because the B & G curves and contours are not right and the grille doesn't seem to fit in the middle of the front end. In this particular case, paying more is not synonymous of being better.
Your take is Great
Thank you John.
Models = Miracles in miniature = Holding History in ones hand
Cheers and Happy Collecting,
Steve
A B&G from the Ray Pasckiewicz collection fetched only $240 in July (plus buyers premium).
