In 2003, the last VW Beetle came off the line in Pueblo, México. It was immediately shipped to Wolfsburg to the VW Museum. Worldwide production of the Beetle reached 21,529,464 copies, a record for any car. The Mexican Final Series was produced in two colors, light blue and light tan, the very last one being a blue one. These two in 1:43 were released in 2003 and I was able to acquire them both. They are very accurate but there is no identification of the model maker.
