A Rolls Royce Phaeton (top up) by Grand Prix Models (and me)- (PICS)

This is the 1927 Rolls Royce Phantom I, only the third new model produced in the years between 1906 and 1925. It included an improved 6 cylinder engine. The phaeton body modeled here was built by Park Ward. This 1:43 scale kit was made in white metal by Grand Prix Models of Radlett, England, probably in the mid-1970's. The components needed a lot of finishing.

Any one else recall that full page ad in the New York Times to introduce the Spirit in 1981?
Anyways, you can never have too many, and to my eye a yellow RR Conv is purrr-fect. Nice work!

Just checked my spreadsheet David and I found fore Phantom Is.
A popular subject, the Phantom name continues even today. Seems to have been a favorite of Indian Maharajahs.
