What's not to love?  I think it's safe to say Dick Teague would be very impressed.  Another great TAKE  John, thanks.

Those Packard's are beyond beautiful! And when the color combos are so gorgeous that you just cannot pick a winner - you simply have to have all four! Great review as always JK!

I must like the 54 Caribbeans more then I thought. I have the green over white and white over blue from Brooklin along with red over white from MOC and black over white from Automodello.

What beautiful 1/43 Packards from Brooklin ! All look superb and each color combination is terrific. In 1/18 I have two 1953 Packard Caribbeans and in any scale from 1/1 on down, they make excellent replicas.

They are all amazing color combinations. I can say that I can’t pick a favorite, so having all four makes that choice unnecessary. The red/cream is on my desk right now. It replaced the white/green one. I need to find a case that will allow me to display all four together.

If you want to display your Packards together, I have a suggestion for you. I wanted to use two shelves in a bookcase for Brooklin models, but also wanted to keep the models on their bases. I looked at the cases available from Carney Plastics and found one that was not too tall. It was designed for 1/18 scale cars, had two shelves, supporting 2 cars per shelf. It easily accommodates the size of the Brooklin base. Unfortunately, it does waste some space, but it met my needs. I also looked at their display cases for 1/24 scale cars. These work much better, but their smallest size, 3 shelves, supporting 3 cars per shelf, was too tall for my bookcase shelf. About one month ago I contacted Carney regarding making me a custom design case, a 1/24 scale case with only 2 shelves. Supporting 6 cars on their bases will work well. I received a quote from them, and gave my approval to proceed. Estimated time is 6-8 weeks. If you want to do something similar, I can email you a copy of the quote. Email: edwardbd51@gmail.com

just another suggestion re cases. I've had my 1/24 wall cases made by a local plastics fabricator. They have come up beautifully, cut to my exact sizes, and after just over 3 years in place not a spec of dust on any model. I'm actually planning to have a custom 1/43 case made soon.

Just to give you an idea of what you're looking for this is the company that made mine. Of course they are local here in suburban Melbourne, but plastic fabricators would be everywhere in most western cities.
