May I present you a 2006 ASC Cosmos? This was a one-off show car; ASC used to make a lot of convertibles for car manufacturers, but this one was never produced. I think I saw a picture of the black one, too, but there is more info on the yellow. I had an extra yellow Spark model, and here is the result.

Well done, Albert!  Your pictures are great, and your results look special.  I would really like to have some idea of the process involved.

@d-m-holcombe David, I don't build models myself. In fact, I tend to drop them on the floor even when I am two feet away. So, I let the professionals make them for me - I have no idea what exactly was involved, as I paid for the end result. However, this one seems to be a straight-forward roof cut, and some additional detailing. I specifically got a yellow Spark model, so we don't have to re-paint it. Completely disassembling resin models is not an easy task.

Same guy built this model for me - an Autoart-based V12 Range Rover. The model is diecast, and it had some body modifications, including extending the front end.

I had three Hummers over a period of many years. Brings back memories. They were fun to drive, but had issues.

Nicely done Albert. I would also love to see pictures of the process as you modify. If you do similar work in the future, the occasional photo would be appreciated.
